Here is how you make Fried Zucchini:

Mix seasoned salt with flour and sprinkle on a large plate. Put skim milk in a bowl. Thinly slice zucchini, dip each slice in milk then coat with flour mixture. Heat oil in a frying pan at medium heat. Place zucchini in oil and cook for about 1 minute on each side, take out of oil and put on draining rack. Let it set for 5 minutes and serve.
