Here is how you make Almond Apricot Biscotti:

Mix eggs, sugar, oil juice, rind.Add flour and baking powder and sprinkle sliced almonds and cut up apricots over top. Mix altogether.Add additional flour as needed to make a soft dough. Wet hands with water and shape dough into five log rolls, flatten tops. Bake 350 for approx. 1/2 hour until bottoms are lightly browned. Remove from oven. Turn oven down to 275.
