How Do I Make Crunchy Almond Biscotti?

Here is how you make Crunchy Almond Biscotti:

Beat together eggs, extracts, sugar and melted butter. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Add to egg mixture and process intel dough forms. Stir in the almonds.Turn out onto lightly floured board and knead into a ball. Divide into 4 pieces. Roll each out to 12 inches. Places on a parchment lined cookie sheet and flatten each roll to 1/2 inch thick and 1 1/2 inches wide. Bake for 20 minutes until firm. Remove from oven and cool on a rack for ten minutes. Slice into 1/2 inch pieces. Place on cookie rack sliced side down and bake for 15 minutes. Turn and bake an another 15 minutes.
