Here is how you make Almond French Toast:

Heat a large griddle or large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Whisk together milk, sugar, almond extract and eggs in a shallow dish until well blended. Working in batches, dip bread in egg mixture, soaking 30 seconds on each side. Add break to skillet; cook 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until browned. Repeat procedure with remaining bread. Top each serving with Toasted Almond Topping and raspberries. Toasted Almond topping: melt butter in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add almonds; cook 2 minutes or until fragrant, stirring often. Remove from heat and cool 3 minutes. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Serve topping over French toast with raspberries.
