How Do I Make Almond Honey Balls?

Here is how you make Almond Honey Balls:

Use a food processor and coarsley chop almonds, add the remaining ingredients and pour/spreak onto a jelly roll pan (this is the type that has at least 1/2 inch sides). Bake at 375 till brown. I usually bake them for 5 minutes and then stir them with a fork and bake for another 5 minutes. Depends if you want them crunchy or chewy. Let cool and using your hands make 12 balls.Note: They will be hard the next day, just pop into microwave for about 5 seconds and the will be chewy again.Serving size is 1 Number of Servings: 12Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user CRAZYDOGLADYBO.
