Delicious dessert that will taste like more calories than it is! Serve with Cool Whip Free or No Sugar Added vanilla ice cream with a graham cracker... delicious! I cut down on sugar by using Truvia, but Splenda tastes just as well... you may have to use more to get a sweeter flavor. I used Macintosh apples because they are already a little softer. Add 1/2 packet of oatmeal to the butter/sugar/cinnamon mixture before tossing with the apples for a little different flavor!
