1. Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly coat a 9"x13" baking dish with cooking spray.2. Place the blueberries and water in a bowl and soak until ready to use. Meanwhile, combine oats, margarine, 1/4 cup oat flour, 1/4 cup Splenda, and 1 tbsp ciinnamon; stir until mixture is crumbly.3. Toss apples and lemon juice together in a large bowl. Add remaining 1/4 flour, 2 tbsp splenda and remaining 1 tbsp cinnamon; stir to combine.4. Place apples in baking dish. Pour blueberries and soaking water over apples mixture; toss gently to combine. Sprinkle oat topping evenly over fruit.5. Bake until apples are tender, about 40 minutes.
