Here is how you make Low Calorie Apple Jack:

Spray pie plate with cooking spray. Layer apple slices in pie plate. Mix together the bisquick, sugar and milk. Pour over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Remove from oven. Take a knife around edges to loosen and invert on serving plate. Scrape any remaining apple from pie plate and smooth over top. Spread butter in thin layer over pie.
