4 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
4 lg eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter melted

1/2 large apple diced
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter room temp

Here is how you make Apple Cinnamon Rolls:

in bowl mix yeast with water, allow to bloom. Then add in 1/2 cup flour and whisk. Cover and sit for 30 minutes.Now add in eggs, sugar, butter, salt and rest of flour. Cover again and let rise for 2 hours.While dough is rising make filling. Using all but 2 tbsp of the butter, beat in the brown sugar and cin together until fluffy. Butter a 9X13 baking dish. Roll out dough into a recrangle. Spread filling evenly onto dough. Add apples. Roll up length wise and slice into 12 even slices.Melt the rest of the butter and brush on top of rolls.Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.If making overnight, cover tightly with plastic wrap and place in fridge. Take the rolls out an hour before baking and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.Serving Size:?Makes 12 rolls, serving is 1 roll.
