Here is how you make Apple Cinnamon Wontons:

Mix filling in bowl and set aside for 10 min. Preheat oven to 375 and spray cookie sheet with non stick spray.Place 2 teaspoons filling in middle of wonton wrapper. Wet all edges and top with another wrapper. Place on cookie sheet. Repeat till sheet is filled then spray with non stick spray. Bake for 10-12 min till edges are golden brown and crispy.
