2 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Here is how you make Cinnamon and Apple Custard:

Toss sliced apples with lemon juice & sugar in a large bowl. Spray oven-proof baking dish with non-stick spray & arrange slices in overlapping circles in dish. Cover loosely with foil and bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Meanwhile, beat eggs slightly in small bowl. Beat in cream, milk, butter, flour & nutmeg (& vanilla & lemon rind). Remove foil & pour mixture over partially baked apples. Continue baking another 10 minutes. Mix the sugar & cinnamon, sprinkle over top of custard and bake 10 minutes longer & custard is almost set.
