3/4 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

TOPPING
1+1/3 cups all purpose flour
5 Tbsp. Promise stick margarine
5 Tbsp. granulated sugar
5 Tbsp. Splenda

LOAFPreheat oven to 350 degrees.In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, cinnamon, apples, cranberries, and walnuts. In a medium bowl, lightly beat together eggs and milk. Pour milk mixture and melted butter into dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Transfer to a nonstick 9-by-5-inch loaf pan.CRUMB TOPPINGIn a medium bowl, use a fork to mix together topping ingredients. Mix just until crumbly.Sprinkle topping over dough in pan.Bake until a skewer tests clean when inserted into the center of loaf, about 1 hour.
