3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter

Here is how you make Cassie's Apple Crisp:

Place sliced apples, 1 Tbsp cinnamon, nutmeg and 1 c. sugar in large bowl. Mix well to coat all apple slices. Put into 2 qt glass baking dish. In same mixing bowl, combine all topping inredients to make crumbly mixture. Press topping evenly over apple slices. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
