I was craving some homemade apple crisp, but only wanted to spend about 250 calories, so I came up with this recipe for an individual portion. It is light on topping but still very flavorful. It's a great alternative to making a whole pan of apple crisp which I could easily eat half of (with ice cream on top). You get the real flavor of the apples with just a touch of sugar & spice in a controlled portion.
