Here is how you make Apple Turnovers:

-Preheat oven to 425 degrees.-Roll out the puff pastry into a thin 9x15 sheet. Then cut into 6 equal squares. Set aside.-Boil 1 cup of water with the 1/2 cup sugar-Sprinkle the apple chunks with the cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.-Once water is boiling, add the apple chunks to the pot. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until liquid begins to thicken.-Let apple mixture cool for 5 minutes.-On a baking sheet, add 2 tbsp of apple mixture to each pastry square, off center, and fold pastry into triangles.
