Here is how you make Apple bars:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9" x 5"loaf pan spray with cooking spray. Set aside the apples, brown sugar, lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.In a large bowl mix remaining ingredients together. Set this aside. In a medium bowl, mix together the apples, 1 tsp brown sugar and cinnamon. Save one cup of this mixture and set aside. Next, lightly pat the remaining dough onto the bottom of the loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the apples over the dough. Add the remaining dough and then the remaining apples. Lightly press down on the dough. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until lightly browned.Remove from the oven and let the bars cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, cut into bars, and serve.
