1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon

8 tbsp (1 stick) COLD unsalted butter

Preheat oven to 350For filling:Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and lemon juice. Peel, core and cut apples and cut peaches. Toss in sauce. Pour into large casserole dish.For topping:Mix all ingredients except butter until well incorporated.
