Bring out the dough, pile on the apple mix. Leave an 1.5 inch border and fold that up onto apples. Sprinkle the reserved sugar. Chill briefly (4 minutes or so) and then put in a 425 degree oven. Cook until brown and apples are soft with bubbly hot juice.
