Here is how you make Caramel Apple Yogurt Parfait:

Place yogurt in a bowl and stir in the vanilla extract and the Truvia sweetener. Place half the yogurt in cup or bowl and layer on half the carmel syrup and half the apples. Pour on the rest of the yogurt and top with remaining apples. Sprinkle on the walnuts and drizzle on the rest of the carmel syrup.
