3/4 c splenda (not the baking kind, that has real sugar)
1/2 c light margarine
1 c light whipping cream
1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

Here is how you make Amazing No-Bake Low Carb Cheesecake:

Soften cream cheese and butter (do not melt). First, blend cream cheese, splenda, margarine and lemon juice until smooth and creamy, set aside. Then, mix the whipping cream on high for a few minutes until stiff and fluffy. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Spread into a lovely pie dish & refrigerate for at least an hour. For a flavored version, just before refrigerating you can mix in fresh fruit pieces, a small amount of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips OR pour partially cooled *sugar free* jello on top - strawberry is great. If you feel the need for a crust, try putting sliced almonds in a food processor until they are a crumb consistency, then mix with a bit of butter and pre-bake for about 10 minutes.
