Here is how you make Baked Apple Crumble:

Heat over to 350 degrees and lightly coat a 9x9 inch baking dish with non stick spray.Crumble graham crackes and mix with 1 tablespoon splenda and 3 tablespoons fat free margarine. press 2/3 of the mixture into the bottom of a 9x9 inch baking dish and bake 15 minutes.Place other 1/3 of the mixture aside to top apples.Peel apples and slice thinly, add lemon juice, vanilla, splenda, cinnamon, pecans and raisins and mix well.Pout apple mixture ontop of crust and top with remaining crumble and dot with margarine.Bake 40-45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.Pull out and serve hot.Makes 8 servingsIs also good over a serving of Bryers 98% fat free ice cream for an additional 90 calories.Number of Servings: 8Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user MISS_XANTHIA.
