Preheat the oven to 350F and grease a doughnut pan.Beat together the beaten eggs, honey, milk, and vinegar for 2 minutes by hand or with electric beaters. Beat in the sweet rice flour, sugar, stevia blend, cocoa powder and baking powder.Mix together the coconut oil and food colouring, then add to the mixture above, mixing well.Bake 20 minutes.
