Add 1 tsp. rum extract. Set Aside.Slice French bread into 8 sections. Slice each section in half leaving it attached at the base. Fill each with 1-2 Tablespoons of banana cheese filling and placed side-by-side in a 9x13 lightly prayed pan. Mix eggs and milk and beat until combined. Add remaining rum extract and cinnamon and mix well. Pour over bread, cover with foil and set in refrigerator for about 2 hours. Take out, uncover, turn each slice over.
