Combine 1/2 C sugar and 1 t cinnamon and set aside. Cream together the sugar and butter. Add in bananas, sour cream, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix in salt, baking soda and flour (I used the lowest setting on the mixer so it wouldn't get too much air in it).Grease 2 bread pans with butter and coat with the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
