Here is how you make Banana Flax Nut Bread:

In large bowl, stir together flours, soda, salt, flax. In another bowl combine eggs, bananas, oil, buttermilk, vanilla, and maple syrup. Add to flour mixture , stirring until just combined. Fold in nuts. Pour into greased 9x5" bread pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, 20 minutes or until bread tests done. Cool on wire rack. Yields 1 loaf.
