Here is how you make Banana Nut Bread - NO Fat Added:

Preheat oven to 350Cream together, applesauce, splenda, lemon rind. Beat in egg, then banana. Mix together in separate bowl flour, baking powder, salt and nuts, then add by thirds to banana mixture, if batter is too stiff add a couple Tblsp of water. Pour batter into loaf pan that you have sprayed with Pam.Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes and then take out and cool completely on rack.Serving Size:?Makes I loaf about 10 servings
