Here is how you make Hearty Banana Bread:

Prepare two 9x 5 inch loaf pans by spraying with Bakers dream spray. Preheat oven to 350. Cream sugar and margarine in large bowl with electic mixer, when light and fluffy add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. Add mashed bananas and vanilla mix well. Sift flours, baking soda and powder together. Add alternately with buttermilk. Fold in flax seed and nuts. Put batter into two loaf pans. Bake 45 to 50 minutes until pick comes out clean when inserted. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes, then remove to finish cooling.
