Here is how you make Lo Fat/Lo Calorie Blueberry Banana Bread:

Heat oven to 350. Blend flour,oats,milk,splenda, brown sugar,egg whites,mashed bananas,vanilla,baking soda & powder and salt until completely blended (about 2-3 mins.), fold in blueberries and walnuts. If mixture appears to be too thick, add a small amount of soy milk until easy mixable, DO NOT add too much soy milk, mixture should be thick but not runny. Grease loaf (preferably glass) pan with cooking spray. Place on center rack of pre-heated 350 oven for 60-70 minutes OR until sharp knife comes out clean from center of loaf. Remove from oven when done, let cool in pan for 15 minutes then remove and place on wire rack.
