Here is how you make Maylaur's Banana Bread:

Grease the bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of an 8x4x2-inch loaf pan; set aside. In a medium mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon; set aside.In another bowl combine egg, bananas, sugar, and oil. Add to dry mixture. Stir just till moistened. Spoon batter into the prepared pan. Bake in a 350° oven 50-55 minutes or till a wooden toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Remove loaf from pan; cool completely on rack. Wrap and store overnight before slicing.
