Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease and flour a 9" x 5" loaf panCream butter and sugars until light and fluffy and eggs one at a time beating well after each additionBlend in bananasIn a separate bowl sift together flours, baking powder ,baking soda and salt .Stir in 1/2 the flour mixture stirring until incorporated, then add buttermilk ( or water) and stir until incorporated and finaly add the remaining flour mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
