Here is how you make Banana Angel Cake:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda into a bowl.Beat egg whites in another bowl. Add cream of tartar continue beating until fluffy.Mash 2 bananas in a large bowl. Add egg yolks, sugar and oil and beat until creamy.Stir in sifted flour. Fold in egg whites.Pour into a greased angel food cake pan and bake or 55 minutes. Let cool in pan.To prepare the topping, pace butter and brown sugar in a saucepan and melt over medium heat. Stir in milk and confectioners' sugar.
