Meqanwhile prepare strawberry cream cheese filling.In a small bowl beat 1/2 C light cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add 1/2 C whipped topping and fold until well mixed fold in another 1/2 c topping and chopped berries, stir until smooth.4. Unroll cake; remove towel. Spread cake with filling to within 1 inch of edges. Roll cake up into a spiral. Trim ends. Cover and chill 2-48 hrs before serving.
