In another bowl mix butter, oil, and sugar. Beat with mixer until fluffy (3 minutes)add eggs (or substitute), one at a time, and beat until mixed. Add bananas, cinnamon, buttermilk (or substitute) and beat well. Add flour mixture and mix until everything is blended. Add 3/4 of the walnuts, mixPour in bread pan, cake pan, or cupcake pans and sprinkle the rest of the walnuts on top- use more if needed. I used a regular bread pan.Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, depending on pan (shallow cake pans will take less time!). Toothpick test will tell you when it is done.Enjoy!I made 14 slices in bread pan.
