Here is how you make Healthy Banana Coffee cake:

In a bowl combine the first three ingredients. Measure out 3/4 cup of the dry mixture. Add the sugar. Cut in the butter.Set aside 1/2 cup of this crumb mixture to be used for the topping.To the remaining crumb mixture stir in the rest of the flour mixture, the baking powder, baking soda, and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon.Beat together the mashed bananas and eggs in a separate bowl. Combine the banana/egg mixture to the flour. Beat well.Pour into a lightly greased 8x8x2 baking dish.For the topping combine the pecans, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon with the reserved butter mixture until crumbly.
