How Do I Make Chocolate Banana Strudel?

Here is how you make Chocolate Banana Strudel:

This is so good !!! You must work quickly with this to prevent the sheets from drying to crackers!!I suggest First you preheat your oven to 425, line a baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper sprayed with pam lightly. Cut your banana in half vertically, then half the two pieces again vertically so that the banana can lay flat. Next take one square of the chocolate and cut it in half into 2 pieces and chop each piece slighty to crumble over each half( keep halves seperated for most accurate cal count). put the other piece of chocolate in a bowl for melting later. Now open your pkg of phyllo and take out the 2 sheets.Take one of the thawed phyllo sheets and spray with Pam lightly (remember to keep the other one with a piece of plastic wrap over and a damp cloth over that so it wont dry out.) lay the banana halves at the bottom of the sheet leaving a 1 in border at bottom and on the sides, it will look like two equal signs , leave a little space in between the 2 for even splitting. Sprinkle portioned chocolate over each half, fold the sides in towards the middle, the fold the bottom up and roll carefully up if you can if not, no worries fold the top over and tuck under, take the second sheet and wrap over the roll carefully on the seam side. If it breaks dont worry about it will still taste good just try to handle this part with care. Place in pan seam side down,cut small slits in top for venting (about 4 1/4 long slits) and spray top very lightly with pam. Bake for 8 mins and check, it is done we the top is a golden brown. Remove and let cool for a minute or so. Melt other square of chocolate in microwave for about 10-20 secs till you can stir it , drizzle over the top, cut in half and serve!!! I served it up with Sugar free fat free Ice Cream for an extra 90 cals Delish and Elegant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Number of Servings: 2Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user JESSDAY.
