Preheat oven to 375F. Grease mini muffin pan. Mash ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add milk, egg and sugars; mix well. In a separate medium sized mixing bowl, combine flour, soda and salt. Add flour mixture to banana mixture; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Scoop mixture into greased muffin cups.
