1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
1/3 cup Dannon all natural regular plain yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 whole wheat flour
1 1/2 Tbsp Ener G improved baking soda substitute (or 3/4 regular baking soda *NOTE* using regular baking soda will dramatically)
1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
1/2 cup peanut butter chips (you can usually find them by the chocolate chips)
1/2 semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted ( we use the double boiler method with a splash of milk to give it a pourable feel)

1. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. It will take about 2 minutes, and make sure your butter is softened first! 2. add eggs one at a time to butter/sugar mixture, beating well after each addition.3. Beat in the mashed bananas, yogurt, and vanilla.4. In a separate bowl mix flours,baking soda substitute, and cinnamon.5. Gradually add flour mixture to butter/sugar mixture.6. stir in peanut butter chips.Now is the time for the fancy stuff!*preheat oven to 350 degrees*7. Reserve 1 cup of batter.8. cut reserved batter into 1/2 cup portions.9. melt 1/4 cup of your chocolate chips.10. mix 1/2 cup of batter with 1/4 cup melted chocolate (we will call this your "Chocolate Batter")11. pour the larger portion of plain batter into a sprayed 9'x5' loaf pan.12. pour your Chocolate Batter on top of main plain batter layer.13. pour the remaining 1/2 cup plain batter on top of the chocolate batter.14. with a knife or toothpick swirl layers by cutting through all 3 layers.15. Melt remaining 1/4 chocolate chips and drizzle it on top (do not swirl) 16.
