6 tbsp cornstarch
3/8 tsp salt
6 cups 2% milk
6 egg yolks, slightly beaten
3 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp vanilla extract

3 large bananas
1 box of Reduced Fat Nilla wafers


How Do I Make Creamy Banana Pudding?

Here is how you make Creamy Banana Pudding:

Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in 2-quart saucepan. Stir in milk gradually. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir at least half of the hot mixture gradually into egg yolks. Blend into hot mixture in saucepan. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Layer 8x11 with wafers, reserving enough to layer top, and all of the bananas, sliced. Pour pudding over wafers and bananas. Layer with remaining wafers. Put in refigerate to chill and serve.
