2.5 cps. Skim Milk
1 - 1.5 oz pkg sugar free fat free instant vanilla pudding
6 oz sugar free fat free Cool Whip (thawed)
20 reduced fat vanilla wafers
2 bananas
1 tbls. - lemon juice
1 tsp. - vanilla


How Do I Make Low Fat Low Sugar Banana Pudding?

Here is how you make Low Fat Low Sugar Banana Pudding:

Combine skim milk and instant pudding in medium mixing bowl. Whisk for 2 minutes until pudding thicken. Mix in vanilla. Slice 2 bananas into separate bowl and toss with lemon juice. Place 20 vanila wafers in ziploc bag and crumble into pieces with a mallet. (Not too fine) In 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 sqare pan or dish spread thin layer of pudding. Sprinkle with 1/3 of wafer crumbles then place 1/2 of the bananas in one layer. Now, add 4 oz Cool Whip to remaining pudding and fold in lightly. Spread half of this pudding mixture over bananas then repeat layering with 1/3 wafer crumbles and the remainder of bananas. Add the remaining 2 oz. of Cool whip to the rest of the pudding mixture and fold in lightly. Spread the rest of the pudding mixture over the top layer of bananas and sprinkle the remaining wafer crumbles on top. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.
