2 TB Lite Cool Whip


How Do I Make Mexican Style "Banana Split"?

Here is how you make Mexican Style "Banana Split":

Spray a small non-stick skillet with zero calorie Pam and place over med heat. In a zip-lock bag, combine sugar and cinnamon. Shake to mix well. Set aside. In the preheated pan, lightly cook the whole banana for approx 1 minute (turning to heat all sides). Remove from pan and pat with paper towel.Add 2 TB of any light-colored oil (ie: canola) to pan and tilt to coat. Allow oil to preheat until small ripples form.While oil is heating, wrap the Tortilla around the Banana and set aside. On a small serving plate, place 2 scoops of Vanilla Frozen Yogurt to one side. Sprinkle lightly with the Cinnamon-Sugar mix. When oil is ready, carefully place the rolled-up Banana in the pan. Allow the tortilla to cook just until crisp and light golden brown. Turn to cook all sides. Remove from heat and pat dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle with Cinnamon-Sugar mix and place on serving plate along-side icecream/yogurt.
