Everyone loves this "mousse". Can be made with chocolate pudding, with or without the bananas. Or you can make 1/2 of it chocolate (w/o bananas) and the other 1/2 vanilla with bananas and layer it (4 layers). Set aside in lg. bowl to thicken some.Lightly spray a lg glass bowl (one with a stand if you have it) with Pam. Crush graham crackers into crumbs (I put them in a baggie and use a rolling pin). Pour some of the graham cracker crumbs into the bowl, making a thin layer around the sides and bottom.Add the chopped bananas and whipped topping to the pudding mixture and fold in until blended.Spoon 1/3 of mixture into the serving bowl, sprinkle some of the graham crackers on top, then repeat, gently spooning the mixture over the prior layer. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.Note: If making with chocolate and vanilla/banana, put 1/2 of vanilla in, then 1/2 of chocolate, then some crumbs, then repeat. If using only chocolate, use 100 cal pk of Oreo Crisp cookies instead of graham cracker.
