Here is how you make Banana Mango Mini Muffins:

Cream butter and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Mix dry ingredients separately. Puree mangoes and mash bananas. Add dry mixture and bananas alternately to sugar mixture, mixing until just combined. Gently fold in raisins. Using small ice cream scoop, fill buttered, mini muffin tins until almost full. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Cool completely on racks. Makes 48 mini muffins. Note: Splenda baking is best eaten right away so freeze any muffins you don't eat the first day.
