15 Petit Beurre Tea Biscuit Cookies
1 large Banana.

Here is how you make Guiltless Layered Banana Creme Pie/Cake:

1. Prepare pudding of your choice - you can use instant or cooked pudding. You will only need 1 cup for this small portion, or you can double or triple this recipe to fill a 9*9 pan. Use Fat Free milk to help make it "guiltless".2. Mix 1 cup of pudding with 1 cup of Cool Whip.3. Pour 1/4 cup fat free milk into a small flat bowl. 4. Dip the cookies into the milk and line the container. My little tupperware took 5 cookies per layer, so I had to break one cookie in half. Do what you need to to make it fit!5. Once you have a layer of cookies, cover them with 1/3rd of your pudding/cool whip mixture.6. Slice 1/2 of the banana and lay the slices over top. 7. Make a 2nd layer of cookies, dipping them in the milk first.8. Put 1/3rd of the mixture over the 2nd layer of cookies. 9. Slice & layer the other half of the banana over it.10. Dip the remaining cookies in the milk and make a 3rd layer.11. Put the remainder of the pudding mixture over the top.12. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until the cookies are soft (like cake) when you cut into them.Makes 8 little squares with less than 2 g of fat each!
