Mix pudding and yogurt in a mixer - mix for several minutes to avoid clumping. Set aside. Pulse graham crackers and sugar in food processor. While blade is on, slowly pour in melted coconut oil. Press into pie plate. Arrange banana slices from 2 of the bananas onto bottom of pie. Chop remaining half banana and stir into pudding/yogurt mixture.
