Well What can I say it will take you more time to get the meat out of the coconut that's why the 30 minutes over all But well worth it. I added all the ingredients: Coconut meat, coconut water, chia seeds, banana, avocado, raw cacao powder, vanilla bean paste and dash of cinnamon in a blender and liquefy. Tasted the pudding and realized it needed more sweetness so I continued to add the Agave until I got the taste I wanted. I didn't make it too sweet but you can sweeten it to your liking.
