Makes 2 9x5x3 inch loaf pans.preheat oven to 325 degrees F.Grease and flour two loaf pans.Puree undrained (take out pork fat) pork and beans in a blender or food processor.In a large bowl, combine eggs, flour, sugar, salt, oil, cinnamon, vanilla, baking soda, and baking powder.Mix well.Gently fold in nuts and pureed pork and beans.Divide batter into pans evenly.Bake 60 minutes or until bread tests done.Makes 2 loaf pans.
