15 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
2 whole bananas
⅓ cup honey
? cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup quick cook oats, halved (1/4 cup go through food processor, 1/4 go in whole)
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

2 tbsp whipped cream cheese
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
2 tbsp Allfruit preserves, black cherry

Here is how you make Hot Mama's Black Bean Brownies:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9x9? pan and set aside. Grind 1/2 of the oats in food processor or blender until you have a coarse oat flour consistency. Combine all other ingredients, except remaining whole oats, in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth, scraping sides as needed. Stir in the whole oats and pour batter into the pan. Bake approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. While brownies are baking, make your optional glaze by whipping together preserves, chocolate syrup, and whipped cream cheese until smooth. Spread the mixture thinly on top of the warm brownies. Allow brownies to cool before slicing.Chef's Notes: These do have a recognizable banana flavor, so I may try substituting one of the bananas with some applesauce next time. Also, you can also substitute natural peanut butter for the preserves in the glaze for a different flavor, or omit the glaze entirely. This will obviously change nutritional info.
