Cook beans until soft. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In an electric blender, mix all of the ingredients on medium speed for 2 minutes or until mixed well. Pour mix into pie shells and bake for about one hour until golden brown. Makes 2 or 3 pies.NOTE: After pies have cooled for 5 minutes, cover with plastic wrap and continue to cool.Tip: Sometimes I bake this in small pie shells to make it last longer and also so I don't feel like I need to eat the whole pie.
