Cinnamon, 1 t. Canola oil spray How Do I Make Filo berry cobbler?Here is how you make Filo berry cobbler: Place all filling ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir, cover, and simmer until juice around berries looks glossy and covers the back of a spoon. Remove from heat and cool. (At this point, you can store the fruit filling in the refrigerator for a day or two, if you like).To make crust:Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Spray a large baking sheet with canola oil. Lay out two sheets of filo in a single layer covering the baking sheet. Spray with oil and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and almonds. Place another layer of filo on top, spray, sprinkle, and repeat until all the pastry is stacked up with oil, sugar, and almonds between layers. Spray the top with oil (or brush with egg white for extra gloss). Using scissors, gently cut through the layers to make 10 smaller rectangles.
