Here is how you make Berry Oat Bars:

In a bowl, combine flour, oats, cinnamon, ginger, 1 cup Splenda White sugar, Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, and baking soda. Cut in butter untl mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Reserve 2 cups for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture into a greased 13 X baking pan.In a saucepan, combine blueberries, raspberries, cornstarch, lemon juice and remaining 1/2 Cup of Splenda White Sugar. Bringto a boil, boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Spread evenly over crumb crust. Sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes, until lightly browned.
